It depends! PayBright does an instant credit check with a bureau (such as Equifax or TransUnion) if you are paying in Easy Monthly Payments or if you are using a PayBright Virtual Card.
They don’t do a hard credit check when you Pre-qualify or when you pay with our bi-weekly payment plan!

Interest Rates
Our interest rates can range between 0%-29.99% APR (Annual Percent Rate). These rates vary depending on the chosen payment plan.
Processing Fees
Some of the plans include a small monthly processing fee with each payment. We don’t charge any other service fees, prepayment fees, or hidden fees.
Cost of Borrowing
Your total cost of borrowing equals the total interest and processing fees that will be paid over the term of the loan. This amount will be lower if you’ve received a partial refund or made any extra payments toward your loan.
We seek to have the highest standards of transparency so that charges are always fully clear to you. The exact APR/ total cost of borrowing that applies to your purchase will be calculated and shown to you before you finalize any transaction.

Once the refund has been processed, you can expect it to reflect on your PayBright account within 30 business days.
Full refunds
If you return your entire purchase or receive a full refund, your PayBright loan will be canceled so you won’t have to make any future payments. Any payments that you’ve previously made toward the loan will be refunded to your original method of payment (including any interest/processing fees).
Partial refunds
If you return only part of your purchase, the refunded portion will be reflected on the remaining balance of your PayBright Payment Plan. It’s important to note that your regular monthly payments will remain the same but you might see a smaller final payment, a shorter term, or both.
In the event of any refund, we’ll send you an email confirming the transaction and the amount you still owe, if any.
